Ingredients & Directions
100% pure Lavandula angustifolia (English Lavender) essential oil
Add a few drops of Lavender essential oil to carrier oils, lotions, shampoos, and skin care products for an uplifting aroma.
Add 10 drops of Lavender essential oil to your bath to relax in peace.
Unwind in the evening with a calming Lavender-infused body oil massage.
Use Lavender as part of your bedtime routine by applying Lavender-infused oil or diffusing it next to your bed.
Caution: Dilute 2% to 4% with a carrier oil. For external use only.
